Tony is Tier 1 Insurance Broking Compliant and has a Diploma of Financial Services. Tony takes time to understand his clients needs and prides himself on standing with and fighting for his clients in their time on need.

Samantha is a Broker and is recognised as our ‘Claims Guru’. She has been with Arma Insurance Brokers CQ since 2009 and brings with her over 25 years of experience in the Insurance Industry. Since joining ARMA, Samantha has completed her Tier 1 Insurance Broking Compliance and has become an Authorised Representative.

Jess has been with ARMA Insurance Brokers CQ since 2016 with over eight years insurance experience and handles all things insurance. Jess spent the first five years as our Residential expert and since coming back from Maternity Leave is currently undertaking training to assist with claims handling and Commercial Portfolios. Jess is Tier 1 qualified and prides herself by working for our clients to provide the best service and outcomes.

Liesl is our newest edition to ARMA Insurance Brokers CQ, coming from a customer service background. Liesl has joined us as an Administrative Assistant and works diligently to grow her knowledge in insurance while providing our clients with the best service. Liesl will be studying for her Teir 2 qualification in the next few months which will provide her the knowledge and understanding for our Residential clients.

Jenny is our Rural Insurance expert and has over 16 years’ experience as a broker and is Tier 1 qualified. Jenny provides specialist advice for our Rural clients and provides support and advise for the farming sector with a broad knowledge of farmers’ complex requirements and takes pride in offering the best solutions for their insurance needs.

Narelle is a dedicated member of the Rural team and has 5 years’ experience with ARMA Insurance Brokers CQ Insurance. Narelle recently obtained her Tier 1 qualification and together with Jenny, Narelle provides advice and understanding to our Rural clients to ensure they have the right coverage.
