Narbil Training is a dynamic and innovative Registered Training Organisation (RTO) delivering nationally recognised training based in Gladstone who provide both face to face and online training for various industries including the resource and construction sector.
“We predominately do high-risk training and licensing for a number of industries including dogging, rigging, cranes, hoist, forklift and scaffolding,” Narbil Training Director John Guinea said.
“The business was started 15 years ago by my parents with only a computer in the lounge room and due to the growth of the business my brother and I took over the business which has now grown into a face-to-face training organization with 15 employees.”
John said the business stumbled across Tony and his team at ARMA Insurance Brokers CQ a few years ago at a time when the company was reviewing their insurances.
“Tony and Samantha did a review and found we could get much better coverage than what we had and at roughly half the price,” he said.
“Narbil Training work in the high-risk space and we need to be informed as much as possible about the risks to our business.
“In fact, we recently did a reasonably sized extension and luckily Tony saw it on Facebook and asked if we had insurance and it so happened that we didn’t.
“It’s not just price driven for us. It’s more about the support we get, and we know no matter what Tony and his team have got our back and are always there for us which is why we are with ARMA Insurance Brokers CQ and we wouldn’t go anywhere else.”
